The University of Miami Hospital Department of Radiology is a leader in the practice of medicine. We use traditional diagnostic imaging as well as the latest innovations in interventional radiology to treat patients non-operatively. The list of our services include:

- Vascular LabSome of our technology includes the following: Signa Infinity 1.5T MRI Our MRI is among the most advanced diagnostic tools available. Our MRI completes diagnostic testing twice as fast as other systems, with 39 percent faster scan time efficiency with better resolution.
MRI
We have 2 magnets GE HDX which is capable of cardiac imaging as well as imaging of any body parts. We can also do MRA’s and other non invasive vascular imaging.
Siemens MAGNETOM Espree 1.5T
The Siemens Espree 1.5 T Magnet MRI features a wide bore opening of nearly 2.3 feet in diameter and almost one foot of free space between a patient's head and the magnet. Approximately four feet long, the magnet allows more than 60 percent of exams to be completed with the patient's head outside the bore.

CT
Our Siemens 128 slice CT is capable of imaging coronary arteries and provides unprecedented quality and detail.
Accreditations
Our Vascular Lab is accredited by the Inter-Societal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories in the area of Extra Cranial, Carotid, Intracranial, Venous and Arterial.
Our Breast Center is accredited by the American College of Radiology and MQSA.
