Visiting Hours

We recognize that family and friends are an important part of a patient’s recovery, and we encourage visitation in order to provide emotional support. To ensure the safety and security of our patients and employees, we ask that the following guidelines be followed:

General Visitation:

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Critical Care Units Visitation (CVICU, SICU, NICU, MICU):

Open visitation is allowed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.  A maximum of three (3) visitors per patient may visit at a time.  NOTE: No visitors will be permitted during shift change (6:30PM and 8:00 PM).

Overnight Stay

A sleeping cot is available for one person to stay the night in the patient’s room.

Children over the age of two years old are allowed to visit patients on the general patient care floors. All children must undergo a brief screening prior to visiting a patient. Children under the age of twelve (12) are restricted from visiting patients in Critical Care Units, Surgery, Recovery Room, Psychiatry and any Procedural Areas. Children’s visits should not exceed one hour.

Contacting a Patient

Patient Information Representatives are available to assist in obtaining the patient’s room number from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Callers are given the option to request the patient’s direct telephone number according to their room location, or ask to be transferred to the patient’s room directly, if desired.

Chapel Information

The hospital’s chapel is a non-denominational place for reflection. The chapel is located on the second floor (Main Lobby), across from the elevators and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
